Okay, so I stole the title from the Stranglers...
So many of our Major League Baseball players have been named in the Mitchel Report, and I am hearing folks saying negative things about All professional baseball players.
Well, let's not forget the Majority of players were NOT mentioned. So we need to clean up the usage of performance enhancing drug usage among a number of ball players, but let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater.
We should honor those who are not mentioned in the report.
Did I forget to mention that I still LOVE Baseball?

Dexter,
Until they agree to mandatory random testing (1/week if requested) they can all rot in hell.
Those that infected the game with their drug use should be banned for life. Those that knew others were drugged up and did nothing about it should be suspended (ala the code of honor at our Military Academies). Those that were innocent should have 30 points added to their batting average and given all the commercial endorsement contracts, and be given free reign to rat out the rest of the scum bags.
We lived through baseball's petty strike with no World Series, we can live through a thorough house cleaning of the entire sport. If baseball looses money, too bad. They soaked the public for tax dollars to subsidize their palaces, which reduced club operating costs, which increased revenue for players salaries, which paid for the players' drug abuse. Dry up the money and maybe they might dry up their drug habits.
